If you purchase a property through Options Cyprus Real Estate we shall refund your inspection flight trip fee up to CY£99.00 per person in full on completion of purchase & the cost of your accommodation.

We will be very happy to arrange an inspection trip to Cyprus as we appreciate that time is valuable and that a holiday to Cyprus is not usually a good time to spend looking around for a home. If you are seriously interested in buying a property and in a position to purchase, we invite you to come and meet us here in Cyprus . Approximately 2-3 days will be enough time for us to show you around the island and get a feel for the area in which you wish to settle and view some properties which we feel will be of interest to you. We expect you to be spoilt for choice!

If you wish to bring your children, whilst you are inspecting, we have excellent facilities for all ages, just let us know. Each visit is tailored made to your expectations. We are completely flexible with dates and times and should you decide not to purchase from us your accommodation will be charged at CY£30 per person per day.

When you arrive in Cyprus you will be met at the airport by one of our representatives who will take you to your accommodation and allow you to settle in. Later that day or the following day we invite you to come with us to look at the local areas so that you can get a feel of where you wish to live, the amenities and services available etc.

We won't pressurize you into making a decision and you may find it easier to return home to review the properties you have seen and then make a commitment to your home in Cyprus

Buying a home in Cyprus is a simple and straightforward process and you should never feel under pressure to make a commitment or sign a contract once your lawyer is completely satisfied with the conditions of sale.
